Where your information is disclosed to overseas parties, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected consistently with the Privacy Act 2020. However, overseas recipients may be subject to different privacy laws than those that apply in New Zealand.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party websites and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
